Our services include: auction purchasing, inspection, sea shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.
The client is responsible for: (1) providing accurate and truthful identity and data information, (2) ensuring the selected car is eligible for import under Omani regulations, (3) providing required customs clearance documents on time, (4) paying due installments on schedule.
Listed prices are estimates and may change based on exchange rates and actual shipping costs. The final price is agreed before order confirmation. Auctions may require a security deposit before bidding — refundable or applied to the car value upon purchase.
Auction cars are sold "as-is" according to auction reports. We conduct an initial inspection and provide you with the official auction report. We do not guarantee hidden conditions not disclosed in the report, but we are fully transparent about everything we know about the car.
Quoted shipping durations (e.g., 4-6 weeks from USA, 20-30 days from Korea/Japan) are estimates subject to navigation, customs, and weather conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, but we keep you updated on your car's location.
The client bears customs duties and applicable taxes in the Sultanate of Oman according to local laws. We provide a fee estimate before shipping, but the final amount is determined by Omani customs upon arrival.
The website and its content are provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our maximum liability for any specific order is limited to amounts actually paid for that order.
